How it works

How a transformer job runs with us.

STEP 01

Send the job

Rating, CRGO grade and coil widths, flitch drawing or the BOM — on WhatsApp.

STEP 02

We check before we quote

The coil's certified W/kg against the grade your design calls for, the drawing hole by hole, the joints on your shop floor.

STEP 03

Call-offs and one file

Deliveries called off against your dispatch dates, and one inspection file per job, with coil-numbered mill test certificates.

We read the grade the way your designer does. Take 23HP85D: 0.23 mm, max 0.85 W/kg at 1.7 T, 50 Hz — the designation carries the two numbers you grade on, and we check each coil's certificate against the grade your design calls for.
